Villa Pernici is a an immaculately presented three bedroom villa in Chianti, Tuscany. With a heated swimming pool and idyllic views, it is the perfect base from which to explore the wider Tuscan region. Furnishings are elegant and combine the best of traditional Tuscan features with contemporary design.

The Space

Originally a barn, the owners have beautifully restored the property to create an authentic Tuscan home, complete with terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams, soft pastel-toned walls and elegant furnishings.

The main living space is on the ground floor of the villa. A light, bright living area has large windows opening onto the garden and pool area. This leads through to a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and dining area. A central island provides a convivial setting for the preparation of meals, whilst to the other side of the room sits a large dining table. A water purifier ensures that guests do not need to purchase bottle water.

There are also two bedrooms on this level. The first is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The second is furnished with two single beds and also has an ensuite bathroom with shower.

The third bedroom is on the first floor of Villa Pernici, accessed via a charming spiral staircase. It is an intimate and atmospheric space enjoying views over the surrounding countryside. This room also has its own ensuite bathroom with shower.Please note that this room does not have a door.

Outside, a panoramic garden has both sun soaked open spaces and shaded lounge areas. A stunning infinity swimming pool can be heated on request. Sun loungers are provided, arranged to make the most of the views over the surrounding vineyards. An elegant al fresco dining area is arranged beneath a shaded pergola. A barbecue and traditional wood-fired pizza oven complete the outdoor experience.

Local Area

Villa Pernici is ideally places for exploring some of Tuscany's most beautiful destinations. The charmingntown of Radda in Chianti, just 8 km away, boasts supermarkets, local boutiques, wine bars, and excellentnrestaurants where guests can enjoy traditional Tuscan cuisine. Just a few minutes from the villa lies thenrenowned Castello di Ama winery, internationally celebrated not only for its exceptional wines but also for itsnremarkable contemporary art collection set among vineyards and historic architecture.

The nearby village of Lecchi in Chianti preserves the authentic charm of rural Tuscany, with small local shops and traditional restaurants.

Thanks to its strategic location, Villa Pernici is also the perfect base for unforgettable day trips to iconic Tuscan cities such as Siena, San Gimignano and Florence.
