The Space

The apartment is one of 11 luxury apartments sitting within an elegant three-story building which has been recently renovated. The result is the perfect balance of historic charm and contemporary comfort in the heart of the city.

The apartment is on the second floor of the building and is accessible via stairs. Inside, there is an open plan kitchen and dining area. A sleek modern kitchen is equipped with induction hob and oven as well as plenty of equipment for those who like to cook. There is a circular table with four chairs. Adjacent to this room is a stylish, elegant bedroom furnished with double bed, bedside tables and plenty of storage space. An ensuite bathroom with shower sits to one side of the room.

The decor throughout is in muted creams, whites, beiges and greys creating a calming and relaxing space. It's the perfect antidote to a busy day seeing the sights of Florence.

Linen and towels are provided. Additional sets can be provided on request for 10 euros per person. Extra cleaning can also be provided. This costs 40 euros per day. Should guests arrive by car, parking can be provided in a nearby garage at a cost. of 35 euros per day. The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per day. For arrivals after 8 pm, a late check in fee of 30 euros may be charged.
