The accommodation is laid out over three floors. On the ground floor of Villa Stresa, there are some stunning reception rooms. These include a living area, dining room, library, games room, music room and study area. These are all connected, making a wonderful space for events and celebrations. An original Bluthner Leipzig grand piano and working marble fireplaces add to the historical charm and elegance of the property, particularly in the winter months. Also on this floor is a well equipped kitchen with an adjacent work room, ideal if using caterers. There are also two bathrooms on this floor.
A majestic wooden staircase leads to the second floor of Villa Stresa. Here there is a large living area measuring 100 square metres. This enjoys spectacular lake views across to the Borromean Islands. There are also five double bedrooms on this floor, each with an ensuite bathroom. All ooze elegance and sophistication. Finally on this floor there is a wellness area with bio-sauna and emotional shower.
A second staircase leads to the top floor of Villa Stresa. Here there is a triple bedroom with private bathroom. A brand new cinema area has also just been created to add to guest's enjoyment during their stay.
Outside, the gardens at Villa Stresa are idyllic. An infinity pool provides the perfect spot for guests to relax and enjoy the sunshine. A hot tub has also been installed for the 2025 season. This is nestled in a private corner of the garden, surrounded by aromatic plants and vines. In addition, on the north side of Villa Stresa, there is a limonaia - a glass greenhouse containing many varieties of native lemons. This structure measures 180 square metres and is another space that guests can use for dinners and events. Here you can celebrate under the starry skies, surrounded by nature.
Villa Stresa is ideally located to explore Stresa and Lake Maggiore in general. The centre of Stresa is just a short walk away. The boat stop in Stresa can be reached in 20 minutes by foot. From here, you can catch a boat to the Borromean Islands as well as all the other towns and villages on Lake Maggiore.
