Inside, the accommodation is arranged over two floors which are connected by an external staircase.
Each floor has a superbly well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and wine cellar. Both floors also have a living room and two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom. In addition, each has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. This arrangement makes the accommodation ideal for two families travelling together, who perhaps want to enjoy each other's company whilst also maintaining their privacy.
Outside, both floors have their own private terraces. Furnished with luxury outdoor sofas and chairs, dining tables and loungers, they are relaxing areas to sit reading a book, lie in the warmth of the sun or enjoy the company of friends and family over drinks and dinner. The outside space is completed by two spectacular panoramic infinity pools. One on the ground floor, the pool measures 60 square metres whilst the smaller one on the first floor measures 27 square metres.
The sea views from both floors are stunning. On a clear day, the views from Villa Noto stretch as far as the tip of the island of Portopalo.
