The Space

An open plan living, dining and kitchen area is furnished in shades of white, cream, beige and charcoal. A breakfast bar ensures a convivial space for chefs to whip up a feast, whilst a circular table offers the perfect setting for dinners during the cooler months of the year. A comfortable sofa is then arranged opposite a wall mounted TV. This room opens up onto the first of two terraces where there is an outdoor dining table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dinners. A second terrace leads from the dining area to the other side of Villa Regina. From here, you can enjoy the incredible panorama of the surrounding countryside.

There are three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. There is also a separate WC serving the living area. A pool table is positioned on a lower level to keep everyone entertained.

Modern, refined interiors alongside large windows which bring in plenty of light, ensure that all the rooms are warm, bright and welcoming.

Completing the outside space, there is a splendid swimming pool with hydromassage area. This also enjoys incredible views over the surrounding valley. Surrounded by 3000 square metres of land, the villa offers guests maximum privacy, not to mention splendid sunsets over the valley.
