The Space

Apartment Elisabetta is a 3 bedroom apartment in a modern building in the heart of Florence. Inside, there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. A circular table provides a great place to enjoy meals together whilst a sofa provides a comfortable space in which to relax after a day sightseeing. The kitchen is well equipped and has an oven, gas hob, fridge, toaster and more.

There are three bedrooms. The first of these is a bedroom suite. This is furnished with a double bed and has a balcony and ensuite bathroom. A small living area leads from this room which has a single bed as well as a couple of armchairs. The second bedroom also has a double bed and again has a balcony and an ensuite bathroom. The final bedroom has a single bed as well as an ensuite shower room.

For those staying for longer periods, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available in a separate room for guests to use.

Please note that a final cleaning fee of 200 euros is payable locally on arrival in cash. There is also an additional charge of 12 euros per day payable locally on arrival for utilities. The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per day. For arrivals after 8 pm, a late check in fee of 30 euros may be charged.
