The Space

The accommodation in Villa Gini is arranged within a main villa and a small annex.

The living space is found on the ground floor of the main villa. Here, there is a large living room with French doors leading to the outdoor terrace. The room is furnished with sofas, armchairs, a bookcase, desk and TV. There is also a smaller relaxation room on this floor as well as a dining room with a piano and table seating up to 8. The kitchen on this floor is modern in style with a central island. It is equipped with oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. Four of the five bedrooms are on the first floor of the main villa. The master bedroom has a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with shower. There are then three further bedrooms which share two bathrooms. One of these bathrooms has a shower and the other has a bath tub. Beds in each bedroom measure 160 x 200 cm, 170 x 200 cm, and 180 x 200 cm. Two of the bedrooms have access to an outdoor terrace. Finally, there is a laundry room with washing machine and luggage storage area on this floor.

The final bedroom is located in the ground floor annex. Here, there is a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm, a kitchenette and bathroom with shower.

Please note that three bedrooms have split-system air conditioning, whilst the other two bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The property is set within well-maintained gardens with a lawn, BBQ and private parking. A covered portico is home to a lovely terrace where you will find a billiards table, hammock and relaxation area furnished with wicker sofa and chairs. Also outside is a large saltwater swimming pool measuring 14 x 7 metres. This is open all year round. Loungers and seating are arranged poolside. To keep everyone entertained, there is also a table tennis table and basketball hoop in the garden. And tennis players will love the private tennis court, located approximately 500 metres from the villa.

Please note that, whilst there is a vegetable garden at the property, the produce is for the exclusive use of the chef of the nearby restaurant. This restaurant is just 100 metres from the villa and is for the exclusive use of villa guests. Dinner reservations can be made on your behalf. Please ask for more details.
