The Space

This Puglia holiday rental has two double bedrooms on the ground floor and a third bedroom on a lower level. This bedroom has access to a small courtyard area offering some welcome shade from the heat of the Summer sun. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers. All are immaculately presented in neutral tones and all are spacious. With the exception of the bedroom on the lower level which is naturally cool, there is air conditioning throughout.

There is also an open plan kitchen, dining and living area in this Puglia holiday rental. A dining table here seats six comfortably and there is also a sofa offering more relaxed seating. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, oven and hob. There is a TV with satellite channels.

Outside, there is also a private heated pool (4m x 11m) at this Puglia holiday rental measuring 1.5 metres in depth. Please note that pool heating is an additional charge payable locally as are internal heating costs when required, based on consumption. Loungers are provided and there is also an outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining.

There is plenty of space in which to relax, as well as plenty of areas to explore including a walled garden and orchard with a variety of fruit trees. For those travelling as part of a larger group, there is also the option to rent an additional adjacent 1 bedroom villa. Please ask for more details.
