Inside this luxury Puglia villa with private pool, there are three stylish and contemporary bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Each is furnished with a four poster bed, bedside tables and open wardrobe. All enjoy direct access to the garden.

In addition there is a stunning open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is a sleek, contemporary area with grey floor to ceiling units. It comes equipped with induction hob, Italian coffee machine, sink, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a dining table for six.

There is also a laundry room on the lower ground floor of this luxury Puglia villa with private pool. This is equipped with washing machine and dryer.

An adjacent annex at this luxury Puglia villa with private pool is home to a sauna and shower.

Outside the private swimming pool measures 10 x 4 metres. It is set in a Mediterranean scrub garden with olive and oak trees that frame the pool. Six sun loungers are provided. There is also a lovely outdoor terrace. A large outdoor dining table provides the perfect spot to enjoy dinner al fresco. There is a BBQ and mini bar here too.

For guests' convenience, there is an electric charging point for your car within a short walk of the villa. Guests are also welcome to use the wellness area with Turkish bath and sauna at a nearby B&B between the hours of 18.00 and 21.30.

For an additional charge guests are also welcome to enjoy a daily breakfast service at this B&B too. Please note that, when needed, heating is also an additional charge. Costs are based on usage.
