This is equipped with washing machine and dryer.

To the right of the main entrance is a stunning open plan kitchen and dining area. This has a large square wooden table. A breakfast bar can seat four. Doors lead directly from here to a wonderful outdoor terrace. There is a built in BBQ for al fresco dining along with an outdoor table and chairs and more comfortable, relaxed seating.

Stairs lead from the kitchen to the first floor of this 7 bedroom Puglia villa. Here you will find a large bedroom double and ensuite bathroom. Steps lead from here to a private terrace with views over the surrounding olive groves. It is furnished with comfortable chairs and makes the perfect spot for that early morning cuppa! There are two more double bedrooms on this floor, another of which also has a private terrace. Both have ensuite bathrooms.

The final bedroom is in a separate dependence that sits in an external courtyard. Here there is a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. An adjacent room is furnished with a double sofa bed and would be suitable for children. Alternatively, it can be a small living area for those staying in the dependence.
