The Space

Inside, on the ground floor of the main building guests will find a well equipped kitchen, a dining room with table seating up to 10 guests and a small living room with sofa. There is also a bathroom with WC here.

Most of the interior living space is given to the bedroom suites. Each bedroom suite comprises at least two rooms in addition to a bathroom. All are equipped with a comfortable living area with leather sofas that convert into comfortable double beds upon request for children. Each suite also has a spacious bathroom with large shower, a mini-bar, a kettle as well as a 29 and 42 inch Full HD Led television. Beds have linen sheets and cashmere blankets for those staying in the cooler months. However, each room has independent air conditioning, allowing guests to cool or heat the space.

The 7 bedroom suites each have their own name. The first is the Pine Suite. This has a living area with comfortable sofa, a master bedroom, a well-appointed bathroom, and a spacious terrace offering stunning views of the surrounding countryside. It is located on the first floor of the main building. Adjacent to this room is the Candelabrum Suite. It is almost identical to the Pine Suite, but boasts the addition of a fireplace within the bedroom and does not have the outdoor terrace. Next is the Capital Suite. This is a unique space arranged over two levels. On the lower level, there is a wonderful living area which overlooks the internal courtyard and swimming pool. It also boasts a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower as well as his and her sinks. The bedroom is upstairs on a mezzanine level.

The remaining suites are located in separate buildings within the estate. The Apollo Suite is found in a small building adjacent to the main entrance but separated from the main masseria structure. Elegantly furnished, it has both a living room and bedroom as well as a large bathroom and shower room.

The remaining three suites are all situated near the pool. The first of these - the Coral Suite - has. a living area with a sofa bed and a spacious master bedroom. A large bathroom is divided into three separate areas, including a dedicated shower room. The Medici Suite also faces directly onto the pool area and is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. The suite is also divided into two areas - living and sleeping - with a spacious bathroom featuring three separate areas, including a dedicated shower room. Finally, the Freeze Suite sits at the end of the building with easy access to the parking area. It is similar in layout to the Medici Suite. Please note that there is an option to join together the Medici Suite and Freeze Suite to create one larger area.

This is the perfect property for those who want to relax completely during their stay. A housekeeper and caretaker live on site. They will ensure you enjoy complete privacy but are on hand to provide a complimentary cleaning service, preparing the bathrooms and bedrooms. Should you wish for the kitchen and living areas to be cleaned, this will be an additional cost.

In total, the masseria can accommodate up to 14 adults and 4 children.

Outside, there is a spacious, immaculately kept garden. Outdoor terraces provide the perfect setting in which to relax and unwind whilst a 10 x 7 metre salt water infinity pool provides somewhere to cool off. Every single space is designed to offer a special feeling of well-being and serenity.

Please note that the swimming pool can be heated. This is an additional charge of 1 euro per kWh. The pool is open from 1 May to 31 October each year. Please note that, for those staying during the Winter months, heating inside the home is also an additional charge, payable locally based on usage.
