The Space

Inside the overall feel of the villa is one of rustic, elegant charm. The interiors are enriched by balconies which overlook the garden and allow the outside to seep into the villa itself.

The kitchen is a traditional farmhouse kitchen, fully equipped with everything you should need to prepare delicious dishes. A dining table seats ten comfortably. The living room is traditional in style, evoking memories of a bygone era.

There are four bedrooms, each with views over the garden and tastefully furnished with antique pieces. All have ensuite bathrooms to ensure that all guests enjoy privacy and comfort. All have either a shower or bath, WC and bidet. Complimentary toiletries are provided as are hairdryers.

Set within nearly 450 acres of private farmland, the house itself is surrounded by magnificent oak trees and protected by ancient stone walls. Beyond these walls, the farm animals will wander freely. Cows and horses roam here, allowing guests to truly get in touch with nature and enjoy an authentic experience of Apulian rural life. Guests can relax by the large private swimming pool, open from 31 May to 31 October each year. This is surrounded by a large terrace where there is an outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining, positioned to make the most of the wonderful views. Plenty of sun loungers and more relaxed seating is also provided.
