Moving upstairs up a contemporary metal and glass staircase, there is a bedroom with comfortable double bed along as well an additional bed cleverly arranged on a wide ledge area. There is also an adjacent twin bedroom and bathroom, decorated with beige and cream tiles and bright pictures of birds. The property has tiled floors throughout.

This Umbria vacation rental is surrounded by two hectares of land and guests enjoy use of a lovely eco infinity swimming pool (12 x 5 metres).

The apartment is one of 5 apartments within the building but it has it's own private terrace with table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. The apartment has lovely views over the swimming pool to the rolling hills and countryside of Umbria and Tuscany.

Please note that there is a 110 euro rental charge per week for heating during the Winter months when applicable.

The setting of this Umbria vacation rental is incredibly peaceful but is less than a kilometre to the beautiful village of Paciano where there are a selection of excellent restaurants, village shop and post office.

It is also just 30 minutes drive from Cortona, 15 minutes from Lake Trasimeno, just under an hour from Montalcino and Pienza and just over an hour from Florence and 2 hours from Rome. It's an ideal location from which to explore both Tuscany and Umbria.

A car is not essential as you can walk across the fields to the village centre however we would recommend that you rent one in order to make the most of your stay and to be able to enjoy some sightseeing whilst staying at this Umbria vacation rental.
