Villa Vigne is a recently renovated 4 bedroom villa in Umbria, nestled within vineyards and the gently rolling Umbrian hills. Sleeping up to 7 guests, it has been elegantly and tastefully furnished, respecting the age of the property. It has a private swimming pool and enjoys beautiful views. it's also perfectly situated for exploring both Umbria and neighbouring Tuscany.

The house dates back to the 9th century but was completely renovated in 2025. A stone staircase will take you to the first (and only) floor of the house. Here, a large entrance hall leads through to an open plan living and dining area. This is furnished with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and fireplace. A well equipped kitchen sits to the left of this space. There is also a second dining area here with wooden table. There are then three double bedrooms, all with ensuite shower rooms as well as a single bedroom which also has an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned. There is a laundry room and service bathroom on the ground floor of the house. This is useful for when you are relaxing poolside or dining under the shade of the nearby gazebo.

Villa Vigne is set within gardens measuring approximately 1200 square metres. Much of this space is laid with lawns, perfect for family games. Mature trees provide shade and shrubs add interest. A private swimming pool measuring 12 x 3 metres and with a depth of 1.5 metres sits within the space. This is positioned to make the most of the spectacular views over the surrounding vineyards and beautiful countryside. Parasols and sun loungers are provided for your comfort. please note that the pool is open from mid April to the end of September.

Please note that heating is an additional charge and, when applicable, is payable locally on departure based on consumption. If guests would like firewood during their stay for the fireplace, this is also an additional charge; Pets are welcome on request but there is an extra charge of 50 euros per week per pet. Again, this is payable locally.

Villa Vigne is situated close to local amenities and minutes from shops, bars and restaurants. It is also well placed to access the main road network so it's a great location to easily explore the wider area, including the main historic towns and. cities not just in Umbria but also Tuscany.
