Apartment Montaione is a stylish and contemporary 2 bedroom apartment in Tuscany. Outside, guests have a private garden and also enjoy use of a large communal swimming pool. Situated 3 km from Montaione, the apartment is perfectly placed for exploring rural Tuscany as well as towns such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Pisa and Florence.

Inside, accommodation is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall as well as an open plan kitchen, living and dining room. The living area is a stylish space with comfortable cream seating arranged around a contemporary fireplace and TV. Steps lead from here to the kitchen and dining area which has a circular dining table seating four. The kitchen is well equipped with induction hob, fridge, oven and dishwasher. Also on the ground floor is a laundry room with washing machine as well as a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. Doors lead from here to the terrace. The second bedroom is on the first floor. This also has a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. This bathroom has his and her sinks.

The decor through the apartment is modern, stylish and contemporary. The use of natural materials creates a calm and welcoming space.

Outside, guests enjoy a private garden area. Here there is a wooden table and benches arranged under a pergola whilst adjacent to this is an outdoor sofa offering more relaxed seating. There is also a large communal swimming pool. This is heated and is open from 1 May to 31 October each year. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace furnished with sun loungers. A parasol is provided for each apartment. There is also a bathroom near the pool and an outdoor shower and kitchen for al fresco dining.

There is uncovered parking on site however please note that parking is not adjacent to the property. Instead, guests will be escorted with their luggage to the apartment by golf cart.

Please note that there are some mandatory additional fees payable locally on arrival. These include a refundable security deposit of 500 euros. This will be refunded in full on departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition. Heating is an additional charge of 15 euros per day. There is a late arrival fee of 50 euros for those arriving after 6 pm. Finally, there is a tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person per day for anyone aged 12 and over.

The property is located 3 km from the town of Montaione. It's a great location to explore other nearby towns and villages including San Gimignano (30 minutes), Volterra (35 minutes) and San Vivaldo (known as the Tuscan Jerusalem). The beaches of the Etruscan Coast are easily reachable within an hour's drive. And it's also just an hour from Florence, Siena and Pisa. We also recommend guests visit the historic village of San Miniato and stop for a truffle dinner. Approximately 3 km away from Apartment Montaione, you can also find an equestrian centre where you can enjoy a horseback ride, whilst a renowned golf course is a 10 minute drive away. The region also lends itself very well to mountain biking for those who enjoy being active on holiday.
