Apartment Poppi is a 1 bedroom villa near Gubbio which sits overlooking a communal swimming pool. Sleeping up to 4 guests, it boasts a private terrace perfect for al fresco dining. Guests also have use of other seating areas within the extensive grounds. Surrounded by fields, it is a peaceful and tranquil base to come home to after a day spent exploring the beautiful region of Umbria.

Inside there is an entrance hall and living area, a kitchen and dining area, double bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and refrigerator. Plenty of utensils and cookware is provided for guests. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed if required, allowing the property to sleep up to 4 guests in total.

Outside, there is a private terrace overlooking the pool. It is equipped with outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining. As well as your own private terrace, there are also several other furnished areas where you can relax and take in the peace and tranquility of the rural landscape. For example, there is a gazebo area overlooking the farm which consists of over 75 acres of cultivated fields. These provide a wonderfully changing panorama which varies according to the season. Upon request, guests are welcome to use the communal barbecue area and the brick wood-fired oven. Finally, there is a communal swimming pool surrounded by a terrace where plenty of sun loungers are arranged.

Breakfast is included in the rate and is available from 8.30 until 10.00 each morning.

Pets are welcome on request. Animals are charged at 20 euros per pet per stay. Please ask for more details. For those with young children, a cot and high chair is available free of charge. Tourist tax is 2 euros per person per day and is payable locally on arrival in cash.

Villa Poppi is situated just a 10 minute drive from the Medieval town of Gubbio. This is a charming town affectionately referred to as the u2018Umbrian Siena' by locals. It's also widely known as the u2018city of fools'. According to legend, if you run around the fountain three times, you will earn the u2018fool's license!' It's approximately 50 minutes by car from Apartment Romantica to Umbria's capital city Perugia. It's also a similar time to get from the property to Spello, Assisi and Foligno. In just over an hour you can be on the shores of Lake Trasimeno. Here you can enjoy a number of water sports and wander through the lakeside towns.
