Villa Fiorella is a large 9 bedroom villa in Tuscany, comfortably sleeping up to 20 guests. Dating back to the 18th century, it has been beautifully restored and is perfect for family reunions, weddings, events, retreats and private group stays. Outside it boasts a private gated pool set within 7 hectares of private parkland.
Behind metal gates, a long cypress-lined drive leads up to the house. Inside Villa Fiorella, the accommodation is arranged over three floors. With multiple living areas and sitting rooms on each floor, there are plenty of spaces in which to relax and enjoy one another's company, whilst the ground floor dining room is the perfect setting for large family dinners. The kitchen is full of character, traditional in style and well equipped. There is a modern, stainless steel gas hob and oven as well as a traditional fireplace which would once have been used for cooking and is still available to use today. A central table provides plenty of workspace. There is also a study area for those that need to get some work done during their stay.
There are 9 bedrooms in total. All are extremely spacious. Six of these have double beds whilst three can be furnished either with 2 single beds or double beds, dependent on your preference. There are also 9 bathrooms. Most have showers but there is a bath tub for those with small children. The decor is traditional, tasteful and elegant throughout.
Outside, there is a large private swimming pool that sits to the front of the villa. This is surrounded by hedging and is gated giving families with young children peace of mind. It is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols are also provided for your comfort. The pool is open from May to the end of September each year. It can be opened early on request for an additional fee of 600 euros. Sat to one side of the pool is a beautiful terraced covered with greenery. A large table and chairs is positioned here for al fresco dining, whilst a BBQ sits to one side.
For those travelling with children, there is plenty of space in which to play ball games. There is also a table tennis table and outdoor play equipment to keep everyone entertained.
Seven hectares of nature surround the villa, creating an oasis of peace. For those travelling as part of a large group, this space allows everyone to still enjoy some privacy and calm. You can walk among the centuries-old trees, relax in the shade of a pergola or simply let yourself be lulled by the sounds of the Tuscan countryside.

There is a covered parking area which can accommodate up to 4 cars and there is ample additional parking space if required.
Please note that at check-in, the owners request a security deposit of 1000 euros in cash. This is fully refunded on departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition. For arrivals after 8 pm, there is a late check in fee of 150 euros. Dogs are welcome at the villa upon request. There is an additional charge of 200 euros per animal to cover the additional cleaning required. This is payable locally on arrival.
Villa Fiorella is ideally placed for exploring the very best that Tuscany has to offer. It is approximately 80 minutes south of Florence by car, 40 minutes from Arezzo, 45 minutes from Siena and 30 minutes from Cortona. The villa enjoys stunning views of the medieval village of Lucignano which is just 5 minutes by car. Lucignano is a remarkably well-preserved medieval hilltop walled town, often affectionately referred to as the 'Pearl of the Valdichiana. It is famous for its unique elliptical, concentric ring layout and for the 'Tree of Life' reliquary in its civic museum.
The nearest airport is actually 1 hour away in Perugia. If you don't mind a longer transfer time, Pisa and Florence airports are both within a 2 hour radius and Rome is 2.5 hours away.
