Villa Polino is an exclusive villa nestled in the heart of the Chianti countryside. Surrounded by an unfolding landscape of rolling hills dotted with olive groves, vineyards, cypress trees, the setting is peaceful and private. A heated private panoramic swimming pool overlooks these hills and makes the most of the wonderful views.

Villa Polino is divided into three separate cottages - Casa Oliveta, Casa Gatto and Casa Bosco.

Casa Oliveta is in turn divided into two separate apartments which are not internally connected. The first apartment is on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom with ensuite shower room as well as a twin bedroom, also with its own shower room. The second apartment is on two levels. On the ground floor It has two double bedrooms, both with ensuite shower rooms. Upstairs, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living area as well as another bedroom. This bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has an ensuite shower room.

In Casa Gatto, there is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room as well as a private wellness area. This is equipped with a gym, sauna and shower. Stairs lead from here to a mezzanine level where there is a double sofa bed. A separate laundry room is accessed from the outside of the building. It has a washing machine and dryer.

On the ground floor of Casa Bosco, there is a large rustic kitchen, a living room, a dining area and guest bathroom. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, both which ensuite shower rooms. In addition, there is an elegant and secluded junior suite. This boasts an ensuite bathroom with both shower and jacuzzi. If required, it is possible to add a sofa bed in this space.

The interiors throughout represent the perfect fusion between traditional Tuscan design - traditional stone walls, terracotta flooring, exposed beamed ceilings and the use of natural wood - and modern, contemporary pieces.

Outside, the heated swimming pool is positioned to make the most of the wonderful views. There is a changing room with guest bathroom near the pool for guests' convenience. The garden is well maintained. Shaded terraces provide a break from the sun and there are plenty of peaceful corners in which to rest. A BBQ area and traditional wood-fired pizza oven ensure wonderful al fresco dining options. And guests are welcome to help themselves to the fresh produce from the well-kept vegetable garden.

For those with an electric car, there is a charging station in the parking area.

Please note that Villa Polino is on the same estate as the nearby Villa Polo which can sleep 14 guests should you need additional space. Each residence enjoys complete privacy but they can work well when rented together for those needing the additional space.

It is a 15 minute drive from Villa Polino to the nearest village and supermarket in Radda in Chianti which is 8 km away. However, you will find the nearest cafe and restaurant a little closer to the villa in Lecchi in Chianti which is a distance of 5 km from the villa. Nestled in the heart of the Chianti countryside, the area is ideal for those wishing to explore the wider Tuscany region. Greve in Chianti is 25 km away, Siena 30 km, Florence 64 km, Arezzo 67 km and Pisa 122 km. The nearest train station is 30 km from Villa Polino.
