Villa Rosa is an exclusive 3 bedroom Umbria villa with lake views. Facilities include a beautiful outdoor pool as well as a second heated pool with hydromassage and sauna in an indoor spa area. Situated close to Cortona, it is perfectly placed to explore both Tuscany and Umbria.

On the ground floor of Villa Rosa, there is a spacious living area. Large windows allow natural light to flow throughout the space during the day. The open plan dining area seamlessly blends with the fully equipped traditional kitchen. A charming additional sitting room provides a more intimate corner for reading or unwinding. Completing the accommodation on this floor is a room with a sofa bed. From this room there is access to two additional areas: the laundry room and a small bathroom with shower.

A striking double-flight staircase connects the living area to the bedrooms upstairs. The master suite is a real highlight of the villa. It has an elegant ensuite bathroom complete with both a modern shower and a luxurious whirlpool bathtub. The suite also has doors leading to a private terrace, ideal for enjoying quiet moments outdoors. A magnificent panoramic window floods the space with natural light while offering enchanting views of the surrounding landscape.

There is another bedroom with a double bed as well as a comfortable single bedroom, each thoughtfully furnished. These rooms share a well-appointed shared bathroom with contemporary shower.

Outside, Villa Rosa is surrounded by nature and boasts magnificent lake views. The stunning outdoor swimming pool measuring 8u00d74 metres, (and with a depth of 140cm) is a true highlight during the summernmonths. It is open from 1 May to 30 September each year. The outdoor terrace is directly connected to the main living room inside. It's an inviting space designed for unforgettable moments: slow breakfasts overlooking the lake, long summer lunches in the shade, aperitifs at sunset and romantic candlelit dinners under a sky full of stars. A panoramic terrace with wood-fired pizza oven completes the picture.

To elevate guests' experience even further, Villa Rosa also offers an exclusive indoor SPA with a heated lake view pool, complete with hydromassage, cascading water features, sauna, relaxation area, and dedicated wellness spaces. This is located on the lower ground floor of the villa.

Pets are allowed on request. There is an additional charge of 140 euros per pet per week payable locally on arrival.
