Villa Cristine is a stunning 5 bedroom Arezzo villa. Situated on a hilltop just outside Arezzo in Tuscany, the property enjoys breathtaking 360 degree views over Arezzo itself and the surrounding Tuscan valleys. Guests have plenty of on site facilities to enjoy including a private swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness terrace and table tennis table as well as access to a private tennis club.

Inside, this Arezzo villa measures approximately 600 square metres. Downstairs there is a large living area furnished with comfortable sofas and satellite TV. A selection of board games, DVDs and CDs are also provided. A dining room is furnished with a modern table and is an ideal space for friends and family to enjoy each other's company over dinner. There is a well equipped professional kitchen, complete with two dishwashers, appliances and plenty of cutlery, crockery and glassware. Doors lead to a verandah equipped with outdoor table and chairs. Finally, there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a large bathroom on this floor.

All five bedrooms are situated on either the first or second floor of this Arezzo villa. All are spacious rooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms. Three of these bathrooms have showers whilst the remaining two are equipped with bath tubs. One room also has an additional single bed. If required we can then add an extra single bed to one of the other bedrooms allowing the property to sleep up to 12 in total.

Also on the upper floor of this Arezzo villa, a library doubles up as a great games room and boasts a billiards table and pinball machine as well as a PC for those looking to browse the internet or catch up on emails.

The style is elegant and refined and the villa is tastefully furnished with beautiful antiques throughout.

Outside this Arezzo villa, the space is just as impressive as the interior. The house is surrounded by three hectares of garden and woodland, all fenced. There are spacious lawns whilst mature trees provide welcome shade in the height of the Summer as well as olive groves with 100 trees.

There is also a saltwater pool and jacuzzi hot tub sat adjacent to a comfortable gazebo, positioned to make the most of those spectacular views. The gazebo is also home to a wood burning fireplace, pizza oven, gas BBQ, large fridge and wooden table seating up to 12. Plenty of loungers are provided.

There are plenty of terraces where you can choose to sit during your stay at this Arezzo villa. One of these has an outdoor table tennis table along with table football for those looking for some entertainment during the day. Another has a table and chairs perfect for a spot of lunch, whilst a third has a fitness theme and is equipped with treadmill and other equipment.

For those with younger children, there is a play area with swings, playhouse and other games that they will enjoy.

Guests staying at this Arezzo villa also have access to a private tennis club which boasts a number of courts as well as an excellent restaurant. We provide racquets and balls for you to use here during your stay.

Please note that rates include full provision of bed linen, bath towels, pool towels, bathrobes and slippers. There are some additional charges payable locally. These include air conditioning and heating. Air conditioning is charged at 0.35 euros per KW / hour and heating at 1.50 euros per litre of fuel. A tourist tax is also payable locally on arrival. This is 1.50 euros per day, per person and applies to all guests over the age of a 12, up to a maximum of 6 euros per person per stay.

This Arezzo villa is situated in a private residential area known as the 'Cognaia' This is a prestigious area in which to stay. It's quiet and peaceful but only 1.5km from a shopping area with a selection of grocery stores including a butcher, supermarket, pharmacy amongst others. There is also a bus stop here. It's just 4km to Arezzo where there is a mainline railway station. For those looking to explore the area during their stay, it's 25km to Cortona, whilst Florence and Siena are approximately 75km away. Perugia is 100km away and Rome 230km.
