Casa Sibilla is a unique luxury Marche apartment found within an ancient 11th century watchtower. It is set in the heart of the most beautiful and enchanting landscape between Mount Sibillia, the Infernaccio Gorge and village of Montefortino.

This luxury Marche apartment is laid out over the first and second floor of the tower. It boasts two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. For those lucky enough to sleep in the master bedroom, you'll literally be sleeping under the stars with a feature domed window on the ceiling. The three bedrooms share two bathrooms, one equipped with shower and the other with a whirlpool bath tub.

There is also a dining room with large table seating six as well as a fully equipped kitchen that leads out to a private terrace. This enjoys the most incredible views of the Gola dell' Infernaccio along with the many hilltop villages that are dotted over the surrounding mountainside.

The owners have spent years renovating this luxury Marche apartment, successfully transforming it from its original use as a watchtower into the luxury retreat you see today. In the process they have cleverly combined the beautiful original architecture with modern design.

Outside, beautiful gardens await, filled with charming pathways and trails, breathtaking viewpoints as well as art installations. We particularly love the views over the surrounding countryside from the amphitheatre. This estate truly does represent a joyous meeting of the natural world and human creativity.

Guests staying at this luxury Marche apartment enjoy use of a swimming pool (8m x 3m and 140cm deep), shared with the residents in the one bedroom apartment that is also on site. There is also a hot tub and there are plenty of other activities to enjoy including table tennis, a pool table, traditional board games and toys. For music lovers, there is also a piano.

Please note that when required, there is a charge of 150 euros per week for heating. Should guests wish for additional cleaning, this is available at a rate of 20 euros per hour. A change of linen is provided at a cost of 15 euros per person.
