Villa Montaione is a Tuscan farmhouse that has undergone a complete renovation to create a luxury villa for families and friends to enjoy. It perfectly combines the very best of modern living with all the charm of traditional Tuscan features such as terracotta floors, wooden beams, stone fireplaces and handmade furnishings.

The living area in Villa Montaine is an extremely sociable space. Part of the space is super cosy with seating arranged around the fireplace. To another side of the room is a games area with pool table to keep everyone entertained. There is also a fantastic wine cellar where guests can enjoy time together sampling the local wines. Wine tastings can be organised on request for an additional charge.

The kitchen is the heart of the home though. It's a fantastic space with a large central island and plenty of equipment for even the most serious chefs! nnThere are five bedrooms in total. Four of these have queen sized beds whilst the fifth bedroom is furnished with two single beds. These can be put together to form a king size bed if guests prefer. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor. This room has an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is on the first floor and has an adjacent bathroom. The final three bedrooms are on the second floor of Villa Montaione. One of these bedrooms has the twin beds. This room has an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms on this floor share a bathroom.

Outside, there is a spectacular pool area. Beautifully manicured grounds and the incredible rural landscape that surrounds it provides the perfect backdrop. The swimming pool measures 12 x 6 metres and is surrounded by a large terrace furnished with sun loungers. Access to the pool is gated giving families with young children peace of mind. A table tennis table provides plenty of outdoor entertainment whilst a telescope allows guests to enjoy star gazing each night.

A wonderful outdoor covered seating area at Villa Montaione is furnished with a large table seating 10. It's ideal for al fresco dining. There is a BBQ here too. Another covered seating area has comfortable outdoor sofas and chairs.

There is parking for up to 3 cars.

Villa Montaione is situated in the golden triangle between Pisa, Florence and Siena. It's ideally placed for those looking to explore Tuscany during their stay. It is less than 5 minutes from Castelfalfi where guests will find a selection of boutiques and restaurants. It's also 40 minutes from San Gimignano, one hour from Pisa and just over an hour from Florence and Siena.
