The villa is constructed using the stone typical of the Modica area of Sicily.
Outside, the villa has a large terrace overlooking a magnificent garden planted with palm trees. In the centre of the garden sits a large saltwater swimming pool, equipped with hydromassage area, and surrounded by sun loungers. A table with chairs and a relaxation area sits under a gazebo. There is also a BBQ for al fresco dining.
Inside, the living room is furnished with leather sofas and armchairs arranged around a fireplace. There is a TV corner and a dining area, perfect for those staying in the cooler months of the year.
The kitchen is accessed from the courtyard and is equipped with everything you need, whilst an adjacent laundry room houses both a washing machine and dryer.
The master bedroom has a private bathroom with both bath and shower. It has glass doors leading to the courtyard. There are three further double bedrooms as well as a triple room. The triple bedroom and one of the double bedrooms overlook the courtyard and share a bathroom. Of the other two doubles, one has a private bathroom and the other has its own bathroom next door. There is also a children's bedroom with bunk beds, a large bathroom with shower and hydromassage tub and a number of living areas. One has a desk and can also be used as a useful study area.
At guests' disposal there is also a dependance with a kitchen with a wood-burning oven.
Electricity is included up to 400 kWh per week. Any additional consumption will be charged at 0.40 euros per kWh. The heated pool costs 400 euros per week.
There are a number of towns within a short drive of Villa Alika. These include Modica and Scicli which are both 10 km away, as well as Ispica (15 km). The nearest sandy and rocky beaches are both at the Marina di Modica, also 10 km away.
