Inside, the accommodation is arranged over two levels.
On the ground floor, there is an open plan kitchen and living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Sleek white kitchen units sit to one side of the room while comfortable grey sofas are arranged on the other. A wooden dining table sits in the middle. A fireplace on one wall makes this an incredibly cosy space even in the Winter months. Floor to ceiling glass doors lead from here to a terrace furnished with outdoor table and chairs.
Adjacent to the living room is another living area with a sofa and circular table. This is a great space for those who enjoy a game of cards or chess in the evening.
A staircase leads to the first floor where there is another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a single bedroom with a double French bed and en-suite bathroom.
Sitting to one side of Villa Corte is an incredible outdoor living space. Furnished with a sofa corner, a splendid outdoor kitchen and bar area, it's a wonderful entertaining space. This overlooks the infinity swimming pool (17 x 3 metres) positioned to make the most of the spectacular views of Modica.
Electricity is included up to 250 kWh per week. Any additional consumption is charged at 0.40 euros per kWh.
The historic centre of Modica can be reached in just five minutes by car whilst a number of beaches and other towns in the area can be reached in 20 minutes. The Marina di Modica is 26 km from the villa and Sampieri beach 28 km.
