The Space

Inside, a bright, spacious and elegant open plan living and dining room awaits. Exposed beams and an impressive fireplace give the room plenty of charm and character.

There are also 4 bedrooms in this luxury Sicily villa. All are stylishly furnished and each has an ensuite bathroom.

Within the gardens of this luxury Sicily villa there is a stylish infinity swimming pool. The pool measures 12 metres x 6 metres. There is also a lovely covered terrace, perfect for outdoor dining, and a lovely BBQ area. Plenty of sun loungers are provided for relaxing days in the sunshine, enjoying the company of family and friends.

Please note, when applicable, central heating usage will be charged at 8 euros per hour. Energy consumption up to 200 kWh per week is included in the price. Any additional usage above this will be charged on departure at a rate of 0.60 euros for every extra kWh used.

Local Area

This luxury Sicily villa is just a few minutes by car from some of Sicily's most wonderful sandy Mediterranean beaches. It's also a short drive from the wonders of the temples at Selinunte and from beautiful Sicilian coastal towns. The latter include Marsala, Mazara del Vallo, Menfi, Sciacca and Agrigento.
