For those staying in the cooler months, the indoor dining table can also seat up to 12 guests whilst a large corner sofa set to the other side of the room is the perfect space from which to enjoy your favourite film or TV programme on the Smart TV (includes SKY satellite TV and Netflix) set above the fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a central island for food preparation as well as an induction hob with extractor fan, sink, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and electric oven.
There is also a bathroom in this area of the property.
Finally, this Carovigno villa rental boasts six spacious bedrooms. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and also boast comfortable double beds. The master bedroom suite is an incredible space which enjoys direct access to the pool area but which also boasts its own jacuzzi set behind contemporary glass panels. The remaining bedrooms are just as tastefully decorated and all similarly enjoy direct access to the garden.
Outside, this Carovigno villa rental has a walled garden. There is a brand new BBQ area and outdoor kitchen that was built for the 2020 season. A large salt water infinity pool (11m x 8m) with a depth of 0.3 metres to 1.5 metres is surrounded by loungers and seating. A covered double lounger provides an even more luxurious spot to enjoy the warmth of the Summer sunshine. Guests enjoy absolute privacy with tall hedges ensuring that the property is not overlooked. There are three separate terraces housing two outdoor dining areas as well as a more relaxed area, perfect for afternoon tea!

This villa is close to Carovigno. Carovigno is a charming town with a beautiful Medieval centre. Also nearby is the Torre Guaceto nature reserve and its stunning beaches and protected marine life. A few minutes drive along the coast, there is also Torre di Santa Sabina, Carovigno's seaside resort. The tower of Santa Sabina sits on the sea and is star shaped with four corners pointing towards the sea. It was originally designed as a lookout tower for the small port and also a defensive system to protect the coast of Puglia from Saracen invaders.
