The Space

Inside, there is a fully equipped kitchen. This has an induction hob, fridge and freezer, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is a dining table seating eight guests comfortably for those evenings when you want to entertain inside. And there is a living room. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light whilst, for the cooler months of the year, there is a corner fireplace. From the living area, doors lead out to the garden.

The house has four double bedrooms in total, each with private bathroom. Each bedroom also enjoys access to the garden. And each bathroom is stylish and contemporary, equipped with showers, bidet, sink and toilet. All have air conditioning to ensure a comfortable nights sleep. The property also has a separate WC.

A separate annex is home to an indoor pool with hydromassage function. This can be heated on request for an additional cost. There is also a small living area here furnished with sofa bed, allowing the villa to sleep up to 10 guests in total. This part of the house is available on request. Please ask for more details.

Outside, there is a large swimming pool surrounded by a stone tiled terrace. Plenty of sun loungers are provided. There is also a covered terrace adjacent to the pool where guests will discover an outdoor table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining, as well as more comfortable outdoor sofas and chairs where you can relax in the shade with a good book. Tenuta Pula is bordered by traditional dry stone walls and the surrounding landscape is dotted with olive trees.
