The Space

The trullo is comprised of five cones. Inside, there is a large entrance hall, a charming alcove with stone seating and fireplace, as well as a double bedrooms and two bathrooms. A tunnel corridor connects the trullo to the bright and spacious living area of the modern part of the property. This comprises a modern open plan kitchen with large window, through which you can enjoy a unique view of the trullo cones, along with a dining area and living area furnished with comfortable sofa and bookcase. There are also two more double bedrooms in this part of the property. Both have ensuite bathrooms and overlook the garden and swimming pool. Finally, there is also a separate laundry room.

The villa is set in approximately 3 acres of land. The gardens are vast, home to a citrus grove enclosed by high dry stone walls. There are also olive trees, other fruit trees, and lush vegetation.
