The trullo is comprised of five cones. Inside, there is a large entrance hall, a charming alcove with stone seating and fireplace, as well as a double bedrooms and two bathrooms. A tunnel corridor connects the trullo to the bright and spacious living area of the modern part of the property. This comprises a modern open plan kitchen with large window, through which you can enjoy a unique view of the trullo cones, along with a dining area and living area furnished with comfortable sofa and bookcase. The villa is set in approximately 3 acres of land. The gardens are vast, home to a citrus grove enclosed by high dry stone walls. There are also olive trees, other fruit trees, and lush vegetation.
