There are six bedrooms in total - four are in the main villa (three on the ground floor and one on the lower level which boasts a large walk in wardrobe) whilst the fifth and sixth are in a nearby annex which is home to both a double and single bedroom. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and individual heating and cooling systems. (Please note that heating is an extra cost during the Winter months).

The main villa is also home to a large open plan living area, kitchen and dining room on the ground floor and an entertainment room and laundry room on the lower ground floor.

The ground floor living and kitchen space in this luxury Puglia villa is beautifully furnished with a large dining table seating up to 12 guests, comfortable grey sofas and with a central island. The kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, sink, fridge, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. Large windows in this room provide sweeping views over the surrounding countryside whilst sliding doors provide easy access to the outside terrace which enjoys views of nearby Ostuni.

The entertainment area downstairs at this luxury Puglia villa is spacious and is equipped with Smart TV. This is accessed via an internal as well as an external staircase. There is also another dining area here.

Please note that this luxury Puglia villa can work excellently for large groups travelling together but who are looking for independence as access to all the living spaces is via numerical keypads on the external doors.

Outside, there is a 40 square metre infinity heated swimming pool at this luxury Puglia villa (please note that heating is payable on departure based on consumption). The pool is surrounded by a beautiful stone terrace. Olive and fruit trees provide shade and interest and outdoor sofas are arranged on the patio for your comfort.

There is covered parking for up to 3 vehicles and 2 motorcycles. The entire perimeter of the property is monitored by video cameras to ensure your absolute privacy at all times.

Villa Citta Bianca is a luxury Puglia villa that embraces green technology. It has integrated photovoltaic panels and solar panels as well as electric charging stations for cars and motorcycles (payable locally based on consumption). It also has a continuity generator in the absence of electricity as well as home automation for both energy saving and for keyless access.
