This villa is close to Carovigno. Carovigno is a charming town with a beautiful Medieval centre. Also nearby is the Torre Guaceto nature reserve and its stunning beaches and protected marine life. A few minutes drive along the coast, there is also Torre di Santa Sabina, Carovigno's seaside resort. The tower of Santa Sabina sits on the sea and is star shaped with four corners pointing towards the sea. It was originally designed as a lookout tower for the small port and also a defensive system to protect the coast of Puglia from Saracen invaders.
