The ground floor accommodation has been cleverly designed so that each room has doors that lead directly to the garden area. Finally, there is also a separate WC on this floor.

The garden is also home to a large swimming pool (15m x 5m) with automatic cover and, for those that enjoy al fresco dining, there is a fantastic dining and BBQ area, perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal with family and friends. With the option of more formal seating at a dining table, relaxed outdoor sofas or armchairs as well as large, comfortable loungers, there is ample seating in the garden for everyone to enjoy.
Please note that the pool can be heated on request for an additional fee of 400 euros per week. The pool is open from 30 April to 30 October each year. Heating, when required, is also an additional fee.

This Ostuni villa rental is just 3 kilometres from one of the most beautiful spots on the Puglia coastline - Costa Merlata - and it's also only a 5 minute drive to the outskirts of Ostuni. Ostuni is a lively town with an excellent range of shops, restaurants and bars.
The villa is also perfectly placed to explore the Valle d'Itria and its towns including Alberobello, Cisternino and Locorotondo.
We would also recommend driving North from this Ostuni villa rental to explore the caves at Castellana and the seaside town of Polignano a Mare. Of course, it's also an easy drive down to the South of Puglia from here too where you can visit Otranto and Lecce.

This is a beautiful villa, furnished in an elegant and tasteful style. We absolutely loved the preserved mill and can highly recommend using the services of a chef one evening and setting up a table downstairs to enjoy a special meal together.
