The Space

Inside, the accommodation is arranged across two buildings but is all on one level. Whilst it is a modern build, it has respected traditional building styles and techniques, with vaulted ceilings adding lots of character and charm. The decor is best described as warm, bohemian and rustic atmosphere, with high-quality furnishings ensuring a comfortable and relaxed stay.

In the main house, guests will find a cosy living and dining room. Sofas are arranged around a working fireplace and a dining table seats 10. A well-equipped kitchen is equipped with a large SMEG gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. There are also two bedrooms in the main house. The first is the master bedroom which features an ensuite bathroom with a generous shower and double sink, whilst the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and also an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious bathtub. There is also a WC and laundry room on this floor.

The nearby annex boasts three additional bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. These rooms are arranged around a central courtyard. All the rooms have direct access to the garden and courtyard through lovely French doors. In addition, two of the bedrooms can be connected via interior doors, perfect for families with little ones. You can access the main house through the outdoor courtyard.

All bedrooms are fitted with mosquito nets. All rooms are spacious and furnished with care and attention to detail.

Outside, the villa is nestled within large, private gardens filled with olive trees, a lemon grove and an orange grove. A spacious lawn surrounds the pool (measuring 15 x 4 metres and with a depth of between 1.2 and 1.8 metres), and shaded outdoor seating is perfect for enjoying meals around a beautiful tiled ceramic table. Another cosy outdoor area is equipped with outdoor sofas and a coffee table, perfect for relaxing. Ten sun lounger are provided poolside for lazy days enjoying the Puglia sunshine.

For guests enjoyment, two adult bicycles and one children's bike (suitable for those aged 5 to 9) are available upon request. Pool towels can also be provided on request for your comfort.

There is parking for up to 3 cars.

For those holidaying in the Summer months, the property is fully air conditioned. For those staying during the Winter months, the property has underfloor heating. Please note that this is an additional charge payable on departure based on consumption.
