Small 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with roof terrace with stunning views over Florence. Within easy walking distance of the main Florentine sights & attractions. Kitchenette, open plan living/dining area & with plenty of restaurants nearby.
The property is fully air conditioned and comprises of an open plan kitchenette and living / dining area, bathroom and bedroom. The kitchenette is equipped with a small gas stove, microwave and fridge. The sofa in the living area converts into a single bed however we would advise guests that the property is too small to comfortably sleep 3 people for a long period of time. The bedroom has a small double bed (1.4 metres), wardrobe and clock radio while the bathroom has bidet, toilet, sink and shower.
nSince the property is at the rear of the building, it is also lovely and peaceful. It has a wonderful roof terrace equipped with table and chairs with views over the rooftops of Central Florence
All the main sights and attractions of Florence are within an easy walk including the Santa Croce church, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, Il Duomo and the Ponte Vecchio. The property is situated right in the historical heart of beautiful Florence in the charming Oltarno district. The Oltarno district is within a 5 minute walk of the Uffizi Gallery and the Ponte Vecchio, and is only a few steps from treasures such as the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens. There are plenty of traditional Florentine restaurants - 'trattorie' - within walking distance of the property as well as modern restaurants serving the finest modern cuisine the city has to offer.

Superb rooftop views, characterful, excellent location, very quiet, well equipped, comfortable, everything we used worked fine. Agnese met us, she is very friendly and she showed us everything quickly and let us get on with it. She gave us her mobile number in case of any problems. We didn’t need to contact her…. Peregrine falcons are seen regularly from the apartment window, hard to tell from the pigeons without binoculars. The one bit of advice I’d give to anyone going to Florence is to take binoculars – especially good for looking at the artwork, mosaics and so on in the churches etc. Many thanks.
We had a brilliant time, the roof terrace was huge and the apartment itself was perfect. I would like to be there right now! We will definitely try to stay there next time we are in Florence. Agnese was exceptionally helpful, and recommended lots of great restaurants. Thanks again for all your help.
