The garage at this Lake Como villa can comfortably accommodate two cars and there is also an additional outdoor parking space.
Guests then move down to the first floor of this Lake Como villa where there is a stunning open plan kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen is well equipped with sleek red and white units. There is a fireplace for those staying during the cooler months (wood is provided) and a TV for lazy nights in. This is a fantastic entertainment space. Pot plants and shrubs add to the relaxing atmosphere. The stunning private pool (10m x 3.5m) is also equipped with massage jets and current function should you wish to have a more challenging swim.

For those guests who only require 3 bedrooms and do not need the use of the additional studio apartment, we may be able to provide a discount on normal rates. Please contact us for more information.
This Lake Como villa is ideally placed for exploring the area. It is just a 5 minute walk from the famous Orrido di Bellano, a stunning natural gorge and waterfall dating back millions of years and there are plenty of other beautiful walks and hikes to enjoy here too. It is also just a 15 minute walk (or 5 minute drive) to the lakeside and to the boat terminal in Bellano from where you can catch a boat to a number of other towns and villages on Lake Como. Bellano boasts a number of shops and restaurants and also has a couple of supermarkets for your weekly shop. There is a beach here too should you fancy a change from lounging by the pool! nnAlternatively, a footpath which starts just a minute from the villa will take you on a pleasant walk down to Varenna, one of our favourite villages on the lake which boasts an excellent choice of restaurants. Or again, it is just a 5 minute drive to here from the villa. From Varenna you also have the option of using the car ferry as well as being a foot passenger.
If you're looking to explore larger towns and cities, then Milan is just over an hour away by car and the Swiss city of Lugano on neighbouring Lake Lugano is just under a 90 minute drive. This has a glamorous nightlife scene with the rich and famous attracted here by the high end designer shops, upmarket restaurants and casino.
This is also a great area for sports enthusiasts. In the Summer months, sailing, windsurfing and skysurfing are all possible in Bellano and Dervio. And we can definitely recommend hiring a boat at the Bellano marina and getting out on the water for yourself. For those visiting in the Winter months, the nearest ski slopes are at the Skilift Alpe Giumello ski resort which is 40 minutes away by car. The longer slopes of Saint Morritz in Switzerland are an hour and 40 minute drive away.
The nearest airports to this Lake Como villa are Milan Malpensa and Milan Linate which are between a 60 and 80 minute drive away. As you can easily walk to nearby amenities, it is also possible to stay here without a car in which case you can catch a train to Bellano. The station here is a 5 minute walk from the villa.
