Trullo Vittoria is a 2 bedroom, 3 coned trullo situated less than 3 km from the beautiful city of Ostuni sleeping up to 4 guests. It's a very authentic place to stay in this stunning region of Italy. Outside, there is a rectangular pool surrounded by a spacious terrace area equipped with table and chairs.
On entering the property, you are immediately in an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is traditional with tiled worksurfaces and is equipped with gas hob, fridge / freezer and double sink. A good sized table can comfortably seat up to 6 guests. On the other side of the room a seating area has been created which cleverly wraps around the original stone walls whilst there is also a small double sofa opposite. A corner fireplace creates a focal point for the room. Moving through the property, there is a double room with white metal bed and ensuite bathroom. A low stone archway then leads you through to a second double bedroom and bathroom. Please note that this second bedroom also enjoys direct access to the garden so that there is no need for guests to reach this second bedroom via the first bedroom. Both ensuite bathrooms are similar in style with stone sinks and wet room style shower facilities. Both are traditional in style. Outside, there is a rectangular pool (12m x 5m) surrounded by a spacious terrace area equipped with table and chairs. Adjacent to this is a covered pergola whilst parasols are also on hand to provide shade from the sun. A second wooden decked terrace area is set beyond and to the left of the pool area. This is furnished with comfortable outdoor sofas. Fig and olive trees are dotted in the grounds. The overall style of the property is traditional and rustic, very typical of this region. External access is provided to a small laundry room with washing machine. It is a property that can work well for either two couples or for a family with children.
The property is situated just 3 km from the nearest shops and restaurants in Ostuni and just 8 km from the nearest beaches. Please note that the approach to the villa is via an unpaved gravel track. There is plenty of parking behind large metal gates.
